No. We work with hobbyist, amateur and profession athletes from a range of sports. The mission of ADAPT is to make elite level S&C accessible to everybody - NOT just the athletes who make a living from their sport.

We use a coaching app which delivers your programme, complete with video tutorials, detailed notes, load management and readiness questionnaires. It’s very simple but gives great information.
We then do our check ins and phase reviews on WhatsApp.

We have a VERY in depth athlete education vault. We had a performance nutritionist and psychologist pre-record our athlete curriculum. You can watch this on demand. It’s incredibly valuable.
You also get access to our physio, community group and face face to face events.

It’ll depend in your schedule and your goals. We have athletes that train 2 times per week and athletes that train 5 times per week. But it’ll always be achievable and specific to you.

Not at all. We've been doing this a long time so have made it incredibly simple.
We train some athletes who are techno-phobes and they get great results.
And if you ever need any extra support we are always available.

Face to face coaching is great. And some people love it. But usually the support ends when your session ends.
We’ve found that because you have access to a coach all day through your phone, your accountability, motivation and support is HIGHER.

This is totally individual to you, based on your goals, performance testing and timeline. So it’s impossible to say without information. It’s common our athletes do mobility, power training, strength and energy system work.
